Seriously! You can take a recycled sweatshirt and make a jacket you won't believe. Use batiks, unfinished projects and many more ideas to start your journey. You will learn an easy way to lengthen your jacket, line your sleeve for easy cuffs and how to apply yarns, braids and crystals to embellish. Make a themed jacket for the little people in your life, or a fun vest or just make a creation for yourself. You will be surprised at your designing abilities as you create this one-of-a-kind jacket

Heidi Zielinski is a Montana artist who creates abstract and non-representational art using cloth and stitch. Her work is most often inspired by nature and the Rocky Mountain West and incorporates extensive stitching, beading and often various surface design techniques. In recent years she has been dyeing fabric to use in her work. Her unique organic free-form quilting is an integral part of her compositions and design process.
