During class we will cover the elements of this traditional block quilt and talk a bit about quilting related things such as pins, needles, thread, rulers, fabric, batting, binding, color, texture and other topics that may come up.
When it comes to cutting fabric for a quilt, it works better for me to cut as I go as opposed to cutting everything before sewing. I will demonstrate by cutting methodology during class. If you don't get any 7 1/2" strips cut before class, there will be plenty of time to cut an sew.
